1. How purchases work
Paid features in our mobile apps are sold as in-app purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase. Apple and Google process the payment, and their terms also apply to your purchase.
Purchases on our web apps, where offered, are processed by a third-party payment provider and are subject to these terms and our Terms of Service.
2. Auto-renewing subscriptions
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (for example weekly, monthly or yearly) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the then-current price.
- We will tell you in advance of any price increase, and where required by store rules you will be asked to accept it.
- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
3. Free trials
Where a free trial is offered, it converts automatically into a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. The trial length and price after the trial are shown before you confirm.
4. How to cancel
Apple (iPhone, iPad, Mac)
Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, choose the app and tap Cancel Subscription.
Google Play (Android)
Open the Google Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, choose the app and tap Cancel subscription.
Web
Cancel from the account or billing page of the web app, or email [email protected].
After cancelling, you keep access until the end of the current paid period. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel your subscription.
5. Refunds
App Store purchases
Apple handles all refunds for App Store purchases. KAVRO LTD cannot issue refunds for them directly. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Google Play purchases
Google Play's refund policy applies. You can request a refund through your Google Play order history. If Google is unable to help, contact us and we will review your request.
Web purchases
Email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. We review each request fairly and will refund where the service was faulty, not as described, or where required by law.
6. Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer, you may have a legal right to cancel a digital content purchase within 14 days. By starting to use digital content immediately after purchase, you agree that access begins straight away and acknowledge that you may lose this right to cancel once supply has begun, as permitted by law. Nothing in this page affects your statutory rights, including your rights where digital content is faulty.
7. Contact
Billing questions: [email protected]. Please include the app name, the store you purchased from and your order ID.
