1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses the website, mobile apps and web apps provided by KAVRO LTD (the “Services”). It forms part of our Terms of Service.
2. Prohibited content
You must not create, upload, share or transmit content that:
- is illegal, or promotes illegal activity;
- depicts or promotes the sexual exploitation or abuse of children — we report such content to the relevant authorities;
- is threatening, harassing, bullying, hateful or discriminatory on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age or any other protected characteristic;
- promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm or dangerous activities;
- is sexually explicit or pornographic, unless an App expressly permits it for verified adults;
- infringes intellectual property, privacy or other rights of others;
- is defamatory, deceptive or fraudulent, or impersonates any person or organisation;
- contains personal data of others without their permission.
3. Prohibited conduct
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any account, system or network, or probing, scanning or testing vulnerabilities without our written permission.
- Distributing malware, viruses or harmful code.
- Overloading, disrupting or interfering with the Services (for example denial-of-service attacks).
- Scraping, crawling or harvesting data using automated tools without permission.
- Sending spam, chain letters or unsolicited commercial messages.
- Manipulating ratings, reviews, leaderboards, referral programmes or rewards.
- Creating multiple accounts to evade suspension or limits.
- Reselling or commercially exploiting the Services without our written agreement.
- Circumventing purchases, subscriptions or regional restrictions.
4. Responsible disclosure
If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it privately to [email protected] with the subject “Security Report”. Please do not access or modify other users' data, degrade our Services, or disclose the issue publicly until we have had a reasonable opportunity to fix it. We appreciate good-faith reports.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected breaches and take action we consider appropriate, including removing content, issuing warnings, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting matters to law enforcement. Where reasonable, we will tell you why action was taken and how to appeal.
